  • Customers don't buy a generic agent — they buy a specific workflow, in their language, with their compliance rules.
  • Without strong solutions engineers, deployments stall in scoping. We need someone who shortens that loop.
  • This role is the most direct path into our product and engineering teams over time.

What you'll be doing

First 30 days

  • Shadow our senior solutions engineers on live enterprise deployments.
  • Take ownership of a small portfolio of customers in pilot or onboarding.
  • Learn the OneInbox studio, configuration model, and integration surface deeply.

First 60 days

  • Run discovery calls and turn them into working agent configurations within days.
  • Debug live calls and partner with engineering on reproducible product gaps.
  • Own end-to-end deployment for 2–3 enterprise accounts.

First 90 days

  • Drive go-live for your portfolio and partner with CSMs on the hand-off.
  • Document repeatable patterns so the next solutions engineer ramps in half the time.
  • Surface 3–5 product opportunities to engineering with the evidence to back them.

Who you are

  • 0–2 years in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or applied engineering.
  • Comfortable writing scripts and configuration — you don't need to be a senior engineer.
  • Excellent written communication — you can summarize a 60-minute call in 5 bullets.
  • Curious about voice, conversation design, or applied AI.
  • High agency. You move on a problem before someone files a ticket.
