Service Activation
Access to OneInbox AI is provided digitally and typically activated immediately upon successful signup and payment. You will receive a confirmation email along with setup instructions. In cases where onboarding requires manual provisioning, activation may take up to 24 hours. If you encounter any delays, please contact us at legal@oneinbox.ai.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Product until the end of that period. No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused service time.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our digital service, all charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. However, if you believe there was an error in billing or a failure to deliver service as described, please contact us at legal@oneinbox.aiwithin 7 days of the charge. We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Returns
As OneInbox AI is a digital product delivered via cloud service, returns are not applicable. Customers are encouraged to evaluate our offerings during any available trial period before making a paid commitment.
Currency
All pricing and charges are listed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Trials and Promotions
If we offer free trials or promotional pricing, the terms and duration will be clearly disclosed at signup. Trial periods are subject to change or termination at Vibtree Inc’s discretion, especially in cases of misuse or abuse of the offer.
