- Try OneInbox today.
Why we're hiring this role
- We have real production outcomes most AI companies don't — and we're under-telling that story.
- Enterprise procurement in Japan and APAC takes months. Our brand and content need to do work the whole time.
- First marketing hire-level seat with direct line to the founders on positioning and strategy.
What you'll be doing
First 30 days
- Audit current site, content, and inbound funnel — what's working, what's not.
- Talk to 5 customers and 3 prospects in active eval to understand how they actually describe us.
- Land on a sharper positioning statement the founders and sales team agree on.
First 60 days
- Ship a refreshed marketing site and 3 customer stories.
- Stand up an editorial calendar covering technical, executive, and operator audiences.
- Run the first paid + organic test cycles and report what actually moved pipeline.
First 90 days
- Build the launch playbook for the next product release.
- Lead OneInbox's presence at the next major industry event in Japan or Singapore.
- Hire (or scope) the first dedicated content or growth marketing role under you.
Who you are
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing — bonus if you've sold or marketed into Japanese enterprise.
- Strong taste for what good looks like — site, content, narrative.
- Bilingual Japanese / English required.
- You can write the first draft yourself — you don't outsource the words.
- Comfortable owning a number that the sales team cares about.
