Why we're hiring this role

  • Voice AI is only as useful as the data behind it. Right now, integrations are the most common reason deployments stall.
  • We need an owner who turns the connector + marketplace surface into a real growth lever.
  • Strong PM here unlocks both enterprise expansion and our partner ecosystem at the same time.

What you'll be doing

First 30 days

  • Map every integration in production and the customer outcomes they enable (or block).
  • Talk to 10 enterprise customers and 5 partner companies about the connector experience.
  • Define the data platform + marketplace roadmap for the next 6 months.

First 60 days

  • Ship one connector that unblocks the largest set of stalled enterprise deployments.
  • Stand up the marketplace v0 — listings, basic discovery, install flow.
  • Define and instrument success metrics: connectors active, partner integrations shipped, marketplace installs.

First 90 days

  • Launch the marketplace publicly with 5+ partner-built integrations live.
  • Drive measurable adoption — a clear lift in connectors active per enterprise account.
  • Partner with sales on the enterprise pitch and pricing implications of the new surface.

Who you are

  • 2–3 years as a PM at a B2B SaaS or developer-platform company.
  • Comfortable reading API docs, writing PRDs, and shipping with engineering weekly.
  • Strong instincts for what's a feature and what's a platform decision.
  • Bonus: experience with CRM, contact center, or integration platforms.
  • You can be in three rooms a week with engineering, sales, and partners — and add value in each one.
